Do I need a party reservation to play?
No party package is needed for a regular visit. Come by and choose your tokens in store. The minimum token purchase is $10.
What does the $100 party deposit cover?
The $100 deposit is deducted from your party package total. Choose an available time and pay online through our secure checkout. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel. Rescheduling is subject to availability; call (408) 718-8621 to arrange a change. Online bookings require at least 48 hours’ notice.
How long is my party?
Popular parties last up to 60 minutes and Deluxe parties up to 90 minutes. This includes welcoming your guests, playing, photos, and cleanup. It is the total event time, not a promise of unlimited play.
Can we bring a cake?
Yes! We can keep your cake in our refrigerator while you play. Cake and snacks can be enjoyed at the mall food court after your in-store celebration. Your package does not include a private dining room.
Is the store private during our party?
The store stays open to other guests during regular parties. We set up a birthday table for your celebration. Private buyouts can be discussed for an additional charge—call us for a custom quote.
What if we have fewer than six players?
Our party packages start at six players. Smaller groups can choose our regular token bundles. For other group sizes or special arrangements, please contact our team.
